REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

"We pride ourselves on offering a convenient and flexible refund and exchange process because we understand that each situation may be unique. If, after placing an order, we discover that an item is out of stock, we'll promptly reach out to you, presenting options such as an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

For situations involving size issues, receiving an incorrect item, or encountering a defect in the garment, we kindly request that you return the item to us. Upon receiving the item, unworn and properly packaged, we will then send out the corrected item. Please note that if you prefer a refund for an item, we will initiate the refund process once we've received the item back at our office.

We offer a 10-day grace period from the date of the order for processing potential refunds.
